You must be at least 18 years old to use Halegro. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
Halegro offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, continued use of premium features requires an active subscription (Monthly or Annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Prices are shown in your local currency. Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. Halegro does not issue refunds directly.
The Alex AI coach, meal plan generator, and training plan generator use large language models. AI outputs are not medical advice. Always apply your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.
You may not use Halegro for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service. You may not share your account credentials.
You retain ownership of data you enter. By entering it you grant us a licence to use it to provide the service to you (e.g. to generate your meal plan). We do not use your personal entries to train AI models.
We aim to keep Halegro available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for maintenance or other reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halegro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Halegro estimates your calorie and macro targets using validated equations (Mifflin-St Jeor, Katch-McArdle) and applies safety guardrails (minimum 1,200 kcal/day for women, 1,500 kcal/day for men). These are estimates; actual needs vary by individual. Targets are not suitable for use in clinical weight-management programmes.
If you have a current or past history of disordered eating, or if tracking food or weight causes you distress, please discontinue use and seek support from a qualified clinician.

Halegro's targets are not validated for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Nutritional needs during these periods are highly individual. Please consult your midwife, GP, or a registered dietitian.
Training plans generated by Halegro are general fitness programmes. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Halegro is not for use in medical emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number immediately.
The Alex AI coach uses a large language model and can produce incorrect or outdated information. Do not use Alex's responses as the basis for medical decisions. Always verify important information with a qualified professional.
Halegro's effectiveness depends on the accuracy of data you enter. Nutritional values in the food database are sourced from COFID (McCance & Widdowson) and Open Food Facts; values are approximate and may differ from actual food content.
